Exports and photo downloads
Download the photos, the guestbook and your lists to keep after the day.
Open Exports in the event (under Settings). Hosts, co-hosts, planners and coordinators can use it.
Download every photo
- Under Download everything, choose Photos from: all photos, one part of the day, or one album.
- Choose the Copies: framed and originals, framed only, or originals only.
- On a slow connection or a phone, tick Smaller parts (250 MB).
- Choose Prepare download.
The download is built in the background, in files of about 1 GB, so you can leave the page. When it is ready, it is listed under Your downloads for 7 days. After that, prepare it again.
Up to three downloads can be prepared at a time, each with at most 20,000 photos. For more, prepare one part of the day at a time.
Quick download
Quick download, one part at a time offers each part of the day as files you can download now. Each file holds photos.csv, the framed polaroid and the original. Photos added later appear as new parts: reload the page before you download again.
On the Photos page you can also select photos, or open an album, and download them. More than 100 photos are prepared here on Exports.
What is left out
Hidden photos, photos held for review and deleted photos are never in a download.
The guestbook and lists
Under Guestbook and lists:
- The guestbook: wishes, voice messages and selfies (ZIP). Time capsule wishes are only in the downloads of the hosts, co-hosts and planners.
- All RSVPs, and the guest list with invite links (CSV).
- The RSVP workbook (XLSX), when your plan includes it. Gift notes are inside only for the hosts and co-hosts.
- Games: every game's points and the leaderboard (CSV).
The caterer sheet is on RSVPs, and a printable seating list on Seating.
Downloading several parts
On a computer, Download all starts every part. Your browser may ask whether the page may download several files: choose Allow. On a phone, download one part at a time.
After the gallery closes
Guests can download photos from the gallery while it is open. After it closes, every photo is still here. See Guest data and privacy.
