Acceptable use policy
What may not be done with Wanrak, and what happens when it is.
Wanrak is for celebrating with the people you invite. This policy applies to everyone who uses Wanrak: organizers, team members, the wedding party, vendors and guests. It is part of the terms of service.
Not allowed
You may not use Wanrak to:
- Share anything illegal, or anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone, or share hate speech, violent threats, or someone's intimate images without their consent.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, including posting photos of people who asked you not to.
- Collect passwords, payment details, identity numbers or other credentials, or pretend to be another person, a bank, a company or Wanrak.
- Collect more personal data than the event needs, sensitive data without a lawful basis, or use guest data for anything other than the event (for example selling it or adding it to a marketing list).
- Send spam, or use invitation links, messages or the camera for anything other than the event.
- Promote illegal goods, gambling, weapons, drugs or scams, or run a lottery or prize draw that breaks the law where you are.
- Upload malware, or try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security or limits of Wanrak, or reach events or data you were not invited to.
- Use Wanrak in a way that breaks the law or trade sanctions.
Event sites
Event sites are public pages. Links on them are limited to allowed types (maps, calendars, videos and payment QR codes), and organizers cannot add their own HTML or scripts.
Reporting
Every event site has a "Report this site" link in its footer, and every photo and singles profile can be reported. Photo reports go to the host first. Site reports, and anything about the platform's rules or the host, go to our team. To report a legal problem, such as a copyright claim or illegal content, use the contact page and say where the content is and why it is unlawful.
What we do
We do not review content before it is published and we are not obliged to monitor it, but we act on reports and on what we find. We may hold or remove content, close a site, limit features, or suspend or close an account or a workspace, with or without notice where the risk requires it. We keep evidence where the law requires it and may report illegal activity to the authorities. Where the law allows, we tell the person concerned what we did and why, and they can ask us to review the decision through the contact page.
