Wedding party (crew mode)

Crew mode lets the wedding party run the social side of the day on their phones, to help the couple greet important guests and catch the photos and moments that matter. Each crew member gets a personal link and needs no account. Crew mode is available when your plan includes it.

Set up the crew

Open Wedding party in the event and add each person with their role. Then send each one their personal link. A link can be replaced at any time, and the old one stops working.

What the crew sees

• VIPs: the important guests to greet, with notes you write for the crew.
• Photos: the shot list for group photos, with who should be in each one.
• Ceremony: the order of the Thai ceremony and who is next.
• Run sheet: the tasks of the day and when they are due.

The crew sees names, tables and check-in state. They never see contact details, gift amounts, messages or singles data, and everything they do is recorded.

Write VIP notes as if the guest could read them.
