Share invite links
Send each household its personal link on LINE or any chat app.
Every household has its own invitation link. Opening it signs the household in to the site, so they can reply and later use the camera and the gallery without a password.
Before you send
- Publish your site. A guest who opens a link before that does not see your invitation.
- Replace the sample text. The studio warns you when some is left.
- Set the RSVP deadline if your message mentions it.
Send from Messages
- Open Messages in the event.
- Choose the type: invitation, reminder or thank you.
- Edit the template in English and Thai. Fields in double braces, such as the household's name and its link, are filled in for each household.
- Go through the list and send each message from your own phone or computer, on LINE, WhatsApp or any chat app. The studio keeps track of who you have sent to.
Messages go out from your own account, so guests see them from someone they know.
Inside LINE
Links work inside the LINE in-app browser. When a guest needs the phone's own browser, for example to keep the camera open, the site offers "Open in browser".
