Photos and moderation

Guests take photos with the shared instant camera on their phones. The photos land in the event's gallery and can show on the venue screen.

Choose how photos appear

On the Photos page, choose one of two modes:

• Photos show as soon as they are saved, and a host can hide any photo afterwards.
• Photos show only after a host approves them.

An automatic check also holds photos it flags until a host reviews them.

Moderate

The moderation queue lists photos waiting for a decision. Approve or hide each one, or several at once. A guest can report a photo; reported photos come to you first.

Sort and download

Sort photos into albums and feature your favorites. The Exports page prepares photo downloads in parts. A photographer can upload their photos from the studio too; they follow the same rules.

Limits

The event's plan sets how many photos each guest can take and how long uploads stay open. The studio shows both.
