Questions guests ask
For guests: LINE, the camera, a lost link, changing a reply and the language.
Answers to the questions guests ask most. Hosts can send guests this page.
The invitation opens inside LINE
Invitation links work inside LINE. If the page stays blank or keeps asking who you are, use LINE's menu (the three dots at the top) to open the page in your phone's browser, such as Safari or Chrome. Your invitation link signs you in again there.
The camera does not start
- When the phone asks, allow the camera.
- Inside LINE, the live camera is sometimes blocked. On the camera page, tap Open in browser: you stay signed in. In other apps, tap Get a browser link, then use the app's menu to open the page in your browser.
- If the live camera cannot start, the page shows Tap the button to take a photo. It opens your phone's own camera, and the photo comes back the same way.
- If you refused the camera by mistake, allow it for this site in your browser's settings, then reload the page.
Photos taken without signal stay on your phone and upload on their own. Keep the page open until they say Saved. From my photos adds photos you already took.
I lost my invitation link
- Look for the message from your host in your chat app.
- Or open the event's site and type the Invitation code printed on your invitation card: 12 letters and numbers, and capital letters matter.
- Or ask your host to send your link again. Only they can.
On the day, Find your seat finds your table by name, when your host has turned it on.
Changing my reply
Open your invitation link again, go to the RSVP and choose Change my reply. You can change it until the reply date. After that, please ask your host.
Changing the language
Tap English or ไทย at the top of the page. The choice is remembered on this phone.
Sharing one phone
People in the same household can share one link. Choose Not you? Choose your name in the menu so photos and replies carry the right name.
My data
Privacy and my data in the menu says what is kept and lets you ask for your data to be deleted. The guest privacy notice explains the rest.
