Gifts

Show your PromptPay QR, see who sent a gift, and who can see the amounts.

The gift page lets guests send a gift with PromptPay or a bank transfer and leave a note, so you know whom to thank. Gifts must be on in Modules & plan.

Set up the gift page

  1. In Settings, under Gifts, add your PromptPay ID (a mobile number, a national ID or an e-wallet ID) and, if you like, your bank transfer details.
  2. Open Gifts in the event. Under Check your PromptPay QR, scan the code with your banking app to check the account name.

What guests do

Guests open Gift from the site's menu and scan the QR code with their banking app. They can type the amount and a message to you, then tap I've sent it. Everything is optional.

Gift notes

Gifts lists each note with the guest, the household, the amount and the message, and the totals.

  • Tick Thanked once you have said thank you. Not thanked yet shows who is left.
  • Export CSV downloads the notes.

Amounts are what guests typed, not verified. Check your bank account for what arrived.

Who sees amounts

Only the event's hosts and co-hosts see gift amounts, totals, the notes and the gift account. Planners, workspace owners and the rest of the team do not, unless they are a host or co-host of this event. The wedding party never sees gift amounts. Exports made by anyone else leave the gift notes out.
