Games and the Venue screen

Trivia, polls, predictions and bingo on guests' phones, and the screen at the venue.

Guests play games on their phones. The Venue screen shows photos, messages, games and the lucky draw on a projector or a TV. Games must be on in Modules & plan.

Make a game

Open Games and choose New game. Pick a type:

  • Trivia: questions with one correct option, points and seconds to answer. A speed bonus is optional.
  • Poll: guests vote. There is no right answer.
  • Predictions: guests guess what will happen. Later, set What happened, and the points update.
  • Bingo: write the Bingo moments, one per line (English | Thai). Each guest gets a card. When someone calls bingo, check it and choose Verify.

Choose how it is played: Live, run by the MC, or Any time. Write every question and option in English and Thai. Photo challenges sit on the same page: missions guests complete with the camera, for points.

Run a live game

On Venue screen, open the Games tab: Start, then Show on screen. For each question, Reveal answer, then Next question. At the end, Leaderboard and End game. Guests answer on their phone from the menu, under Games.

Reset round clears every answer of the game, so it can be played again.

Results

Each game's page shows the answers and the leaderboard. Its downloads (CSV) show first names and last initials only, never contact details.

Set up the Venue screen

  1. Open Venue screen and its Screen tab.
  2. On the computer connected to the projector, choose Open the venue screen, or copy the Venue screen link and open it there.
  3. Now on screen shows what the screen shows and whether it is online.

The link works without signing in, so share it only with the people setting up the screen. A host can make a new one in Settings, under Private links for the venue screen and photographer. The old link then stops working.

What the screen shows

  • Photo wall, in the Scatter, Mosaic or Spotlight layout. Pause wall stops it for a moment.
  • Join QR, so guests can scan to join.
  • Message: your own words, or a ready one such as Welcome or Dinner is served.
  • Slideshow of the photos you choose, and Blessings from the guestbook.
  • The games and the lucky draw.

To take a photo off the wall, choose Hide: it leaves the wall and the gallery. Undo works for 10 seconds; after that, put it back on the Photos page. The message and the slideshow need a plan that includes them.

Lucky draw

On the Draw tab, add the prizes, then Draw a winner. Only checked-in guests can win. Leave out people who already won keeps it fair, Not here: draw again draws someone else, and Void cancels a result.
