Check-in on the day

Check-in runs on phones and tablets at the entrance. Open Check-in in the event, or turn on Day-of mode on the device to keep today's tools close.

Check guests in

• Scan a pass: guests show the QR pass from their site. The camera finds their household.
• Search: type two letters of a name or family to find a household.
• Check in one guest or the whole household at once. The screen shows their table and any dietary notes.

Every check-in can be undone right after, in case of a wrong tap.

Several doors

Set up stations so several helpers can check guests in at the same time. Everyone sees the same totals.

Weak signal

When the venue's signal drops, check-ins are saved on the device and sent when the signal is back. The studio tells you how many are waiting.

Walk-ins

A guest who is not on the list can scan the entrance QR code, type their name and join as a walk-in; they are checked in at once. Afterwards, Guests lists the walk-ins, and you can merge one into the household they came with.
