Account and two-step sign-in

Sign in with your email, keep your account safe, and download or delete your data.

Your account is yours alone: you sign in with your own email, and there is no password to remember.

Sign in

  1. On the studio's sign-in page, type your email and choose Send sign-in link.
  2. The email holds a link and a 6-digit code. Open the link, or type the code under Code from the email.

Always use the newest email. If the sign-in page opens inside the LINE app, choose Open in browser so you stay signed in.

Your account

Open Account from the account menu:

  • Display name: your team sees it instead of your email.
  • Studio language and time zone: for the studio only. Guests choose their own language on the event site.
  • Notifications: email, the daily digest at 08:00, quiet hours, and muting an event.

The sign-in email cannot be changed yet.

Two-step sign-in

When two-step sign-in is offered for your account, Account shows a card for it:

  1. Choose Turn on two-step sign-in.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or type the key.
  3. Type the six-digit code the app shows and choose Verify.

After a new sign-in, the card asks for a code to verify that session. A verified session is needed to remove an authenticator.

If you lose your phone

There are no backup codes. Use Add another authenticator, on another device, as a backup. If you lose every one, contact us: after checking it is you, we can remove them.

Download my data

Under Your data, choose Download my data. Your copy takes about a minute; you can leave the page. Then choose Download the ZIP file. It holds your profile, your sign-in details (never a secret or a code), your teams and events with your role, what you wrote while planning, your notifications and your activity. The link works for 24 hours, and you can ask for a new copy once a day.

Guest lists and photos are not inside: they are on each event's Exports page.

Delete your account

Delete account signs you out on every device and removes you from every team. Your empty drafts are deleted; events you share with other hosts stay with them. If you are the only host of an event, make someone else host on its Team page first. Download your data before, if you want a copy.
